Director of Operations
Linda has over 40 years of experience in hospitality management and casino junket operations. The past 26 years she has been dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of Casino Express Junkets. She enjoys catering to the needs of our clients and their travel companions. She is dedicated to making them feel like a welcome part of our casino family. She is involved in every facet of our guest experience and satisfaction in order to exceed all our guests’ needs and expectations whether planning a simple casino getaway or trips requiring intricate detail and planning.
Mavis Bullard
Player Development
Mavis began her Casino career at the Princess Casino in Freeport, Bahamas many years ago, overseeing all facets of Casino Marketing. She specialized in VIP group trips taking care of all air, accommodations, and special events planning with particular attention to VIP special needs requests. Her forte is hosting our VIP Casino guests on our group trips and making them a memorable experience.
Pat Ritacco
Player Development
Pat started in the casino business in 1968 after returning from Vietnam. He started as a dealer and worked his way up first to Casino Manager and then to Senior Marketing Executive in Las Vegas and Atlantic City casinos. His most recent experience has been at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. His personal service to clients is second to none and he brings to Casino Express his years of experience and winning personality.
Wanda Mack Gibson
Player Development
Wanda is our player development partner from Orlando who handles our clients in the Tampa/Orlando area. She has been in the Tourism and Casino business for 46 years. Her expertise is escorting and taking care of our clients needs on our Orlando group trips. Aside from her dedication to serving our clients, she also enjoys pulling Slot handles.
Jay Mazen
President
Jay started the business in 1982 as Lucky Time Tours and later changed the business name to JLM Tours. Afterward he started Casino Express Junkets and merged both businesses together. Jay is dedicated to serving casino VIP guest for over 34 years.
